Won The Summit League Tournament title for the third time in program history and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in school history and third time in the last four years.
OU defeated No. 14 Drake 1-0 to record a win over a top-25 ranked opponent for the first time since 2008.
Jon Evans earned Summit League Tournament MVP Honors and was named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week.
Lucas Diener, Johnny Dreshaj and Mitch Hildebrandt joined Evans on the 2010 Summit League All-Tournament Team.
Vuk Popovic, Winston Henderson and Hildebrandt were all named first team All-Summit League. Miche'li Lipari and Andrew Barrett both made the league's All-Newcomer Team.
Hildebrandt had nine shutouts and OU ranked 35th in the NCAA in shutouts per game (.43), while Hildebrandt himself ranked 55th in country with an average of 4.48 saves per game.
Dreshaj led Oakland with four goals and 10 points during the season.
For the season Dreshaj also tallied three match-winning goals to beat No. 14 Drake, Dayton and Oral Roberts in The Summit League Championship Match. He finished the year tied for second in the league for most match-winning goals.
Hildebrandt's 94 saves led The Summit League. His nine shutouts also tied for the most in the league during the season.
Henderson finished the season with four assists, which tied for the most in the league. Two of the four assists were on game-winning goals.
OU played a tough non-league schedule, which included five teams that advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
A total of 14 men's soccer players earned Academic All-Summit League honors, including five that were distinguished scholars.
Earned an NSCAA Team Academic Award with a team 3.01 team grade point average
