Oakland defeated Akron, Wayne State, Wright State, Eastern Michigan, Cleveland State, Xavier, Duquesne and Michigan State on their way to a 8-1 record.
Vanessza Balogh was named The Summit League Swimmer of the Year as she set school records in the 1000 free (9:57.87), 1650 free (16:32.55), 500 free (4:50.30) and the 400 IM (4:18.96)
Sandra Czerska was named Summit League Swimmer of the Championships after winning the 200 IM, 100 fly, 200 fly, 400 free relay, 800 free relay, 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay.
Chelsea Oates was named The Summit League Diver of the Year.
Oates was named Summit League Diver of the Championships after winning the 1- and 3-meter springboard events. It is her third award and finishes her career with five individual titles.
Balogh, Czerska, Johanna Gustafsson, all earned Mid-Major All-America honorable mention honors.
Gustafsson set a school in the 100 breast (1:02.85) while Alyssa Busch, Gustafsson, Czerska, and Alyssa Vela broke the 400 medley relay (3:42.78).
